Overview
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer a refund. We will only offer a refund if more than 14 business days have passed and you have not yet received your purchase/tracking details.
Our return policy lasts 14 business days after delivery. If 14 business days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
(Business days are considered Monday-Friday with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays)
Refunds
In the rare case that you do not receive your package after 14 business days, and you request (via email), then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We require that you send out at least 2 emails prior to the request of a refund including your order number, name and email. All emails must be sent to: support@yagadah.com
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at {support@yagadah.com}.
Shipping/Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 1 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time. Our goal is to ship orders the same day; however, because all of our products are handmade/homemade there will be occasions where we will need a little more time to process your purchase.
After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted, we recommend contacting your local post office. All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.
Shipping Address Issues
Yagadah WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which results in lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes. Be sure to double check the shipping address before submitting your order.
Shipping Any Exchanges
To return your product for exchange, you should email: support@yagadah.com for further instructions. Title the email ‘EXCHANGE SHIPPING’ following the order number.
Special Offers Policy
Special Offer Restrictions: For special offers such as “Buy 1, Get 2 Free,” “Free item just pay shipping,” items purchased as part of the offer are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items sent).
No Exchanges or Refunds: Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded.
Fraud Policy
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system’s detection.
Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact our customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.
Forgot to use coupon code
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
